Median 2-3 minutes end-to-end (script → avatar → captions → b-roll → render). Avatar rendering is the bottleneck — HeyGen typically takes 60-180 seconds for a 30-second vertical clip. We run everything else in parallel.
Bring-your-own HeyGen-licensed avatar id works on every plan. UI for managing custom avatars is on the roadmap. For now, paste the avatar id into the avatar picker.
Everything: AI script (OpenAI), TTS voice, HeyGen avatar render, Whisper captions, Pexels b-roll, and final MP4 stitching. Our per-video price covers your share of those vendor costs plus the pipeline.
You have 30 days to download anything. After that, deleting your account from Settings cascades through S3 + our database + Stripe (we keep payment records only for tax purposes). Full sub-processor list at /legal/subprocessors.
